Tapestry - Handwoven in pearl cotton.

This handwoven tapestry was created from a photograph of a Cooper's hawk in the tree in our yard. The photograph is simplified, hand altered for weave structures entered in patterns and handwoven on a jacquard loom in 3 colors.
